All outside guests must register. Visitors must be charged a daily rate of $55.00 to cover meals, on site activities and insurance. Please see Bob to arrange.

We accept only personal checks, travelers checks, and cash payments.

We do not accept credit cards.

A $400.00 deposit is required to hold each reservation at booking. The balance will be due and payable at time of check-in by personal checks or cash only.

Cancellation policy: Full deposit will be returned if cancellation is done 60 days prior to arrival. Thereafter, deposit will be returned up to the amount the unit is re-booked minus a $50.00 cancellation fee. Given our limited Michigan summer season, we appreciate your thoughtful, deliberate planning and communication in this area.
